FAQ’s

All payments are received in US dollars.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through a Safe a secure payment gateway.  Please contact me by phone to process credit card over the phone, (503-951-3306).

We also accept Google checkout, Paypal (no account required for paypal) and Money orders as a source of payment.   Orders purchased with money order will not be mailed until payment is received and cleared.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any orders that appear suspicious or fraudulent at our discretion. All fraudulent transactions are investigated and prosecuted in accordance with applicable law. We fully reserve the right not to ship to any unconfirmed paypal addresses. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Domestic US Customers:

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail (in accordance with USPS weight limitations) with delivery confirmation.

Items will be shipped 2-3 business days after payment is received and cleared.

Local Pick Up:

For local pick up please contact our office @ 503-951-3306 to schedule a time.

Exchange only for merchandise purchased within 30 days, accompanied with receipt & in unaltered unused state.

Vintage Inspirations is not liable for any damages that occurred during transit to your location by the postal service.  For insurance please purchase at time of checkout.  If your item breaks during regular wear (i.e. clasp, earhook or stone falls out) within 30 days please contact my office immediately for replacement.
